Diocese of Meru Caritas/SPARK, the social development arm of the Catholic Diocese of Meru established to complement pastoral work. DOM Caritas/SPARK serves as a commission under Integral Human Development, focusing on the social and economic needs of the poor and marginalized. Its mission is to improve livelihoods, foster sustainable growth, and promote awareness, responsibility, and active participation among all people of God. Guided by the principles of compassion, justice, and inclusivity, the commission also dedicates itself to empowering persons with disabilities through specialized support, rehabilitation services, and inclusive development initiatives. By equipping individuals and communities to take charge of their progress, DOM Caritas/SPARK enhances dignity, self-reliance, and shared prosperity for all.
